We have version 2.0.1. Every admin that logs into Kaseya has to configure the plugin.

It requires API user setup, deployment settings. It is like it has never been configured. Any idea why this is happening?

Also the plugin will not auto deploy. We have gone through the auto deployment setup the system shows that auto deployment is activated, but nothing attempts to auto deploy.

Also the S icon that indicates whether Sophos Endpoint is installed or not shows grayed out even if the endpoint is installed.
