Hi,

I'm confused about SMTP Banners.

We are using Central Email and after checking smtp banner via mxtoolbox it throws the error 'Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner'Before we had UTM running and no problems with SMTP Banner.

Now we do have now one customer who check on this and deny our mails with errors like IP (one of the Sophos Germany IP's), IP -> unknown host.We do not know right know what is causing this.

Maybe someone does have a hint where to look or is it even worth to open a support ticket?
