We in the product team are keenly listening to your requests for enhancements to features that make Sophos Email more responsive to your needs. One of the enhancements frequently requested is the ability to schedule quarantine summary emails more frequently. To address your feedback, we have enhanced the quarantine summary feature to support scheduling of quarantine summary messages for any hour of the day and any day of the week. You can schedule Quarantine Summary messages to be delivered 24/7 – i.e. every hour of every day of every week if so desired.

Schedule quarantine summary
In the Email Security policy, you can schedule quarantine summary emails for any hour and any day of the week. An example quarantine summary schedule is shown in the screenshot below, where it has been scheduled for every alternate hour between 7AM and 9PM of every day of the week.
