Hello everyone,
Back in late 2021, I was looking into securing my home's computers using Sophos Home AnitiVirus since we had been using it at our corporation. During my intial discovering and analysis, I noticed that there was the Sophos XG Home firewall which I registered for a license. However, due to my position within IT at our corporation, and always second guessing what is pratical, I never got around to using the license back then.
Fast forward to 2025, I am intreseted it converting my current pfSene home firewall to Sophos XG Home firewall. I noticed MySophos within the SophosID website https://id.sophos.com/, which housed the license back then, has now merged with Sophos Central. I have attemted to get into Sophos Central where I have attempted to forgotton my password and am still not able to get in. I have also attempted to register with the email back then and it says that it is already it use.
I know that my account is partially completed otherwise I would not be able to create this question. I would gladly appreciate if someone could assist me with guidance to potentially get this resolved or point me in the right direction. I have also included the respective tags Sophos Central and Firewall Management (Platform Related) since they seem to match this current issue I am having.
