We use UTM Endpoint Device Control to block unknown USB Storages. The Problem we have is, that when I put in an ecxeption for a testet Device, it cant unlock on normal users. At First I thought it was because the Workstations didnt update properly. But after I fixed that, the main Problem still exists. Since it works just fine on admin accounts, I might think it could be a restriction to access the Windows registration. Could that be the case? Is there a workaround? Any Idea would be welcome.
