Sophos 11.0.13 UTM Crashing Windows 10 Pro 1709

I am riunning Windows Pro 1709, with Sophos 11.0.13 UTM Endpoint Protection Installed

However everytime I run a scan, the PC crashes with a BSOD reporting a stop code of PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA

I am recieving definition updates OK through

I note that the following page mentions that 10.3.15 UTM is compatible with Windows 10 https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/122504

This appears to have started only since the 1709 update was installed?
