[Sophos Notification] Outbound email routed via the US East region of Sophos Email failing to deliver to outlook.com, hotmail.com and live.com addresses

Hi everyone,

We are receiving reports from some US East region customers that outbound emails are failing to be delivered to outlook.com, hotmail.com and live.com domains. We are actively working with the providers involved to ensure consistent and reliable delivery to these mailboxes.

We are seeing this issue too, and are not in the US, we are in Australia

Hello, not just in US East region, but also here in Australia as well.

I've submitted a ticket to Sophos Support (9753729) and the latest reply from Sophos was that the IP 18.216.13.105 belongs to Sophos Central and that Outlook is blocking the public IP of Sophos Central.

If you are facing the same kind of issue, I'd request you open a case with support as this issue was resolved on the 9th March itself.

Following work with Microsoft on this issue, as of 09:30AM UTC Sunday 29th March, delivery to the affected domains is now completing successfully.
