KB-000038989 - bad download link for SophosZap

Current links takes us to a page that "Sophos zap has moved"

Then when we accept the license agreement, the page redirects us to re-enter the credentials.

  Hi Dennis, after submitting the EULA, I'm getting sent to a "Success! You've been authorized" page, then immediately being redirected to the EULA submission form again, and SophosZap is not downloaded.

    Apologies for the late reply here. I never encountered this issue on IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. I even deleted the cache of my browsers and I was only prompted once to enter my details when I tried downloading SophosZap. Same result when I tried downloading the app on my phone and when a colleague tried it on his computer.

    Dennis, I forgot to get back to you! The problem was from my side, a different web browser got the desired result. I'm assuming some cookie or cached item is the culprit.
