- HTML format
The issues are now listed on an HTML page rather than in a Knowledgebase article linking to an Excel file. The content is immediately available (no need to download the Excel files), easier to read, and better formatted. - Daily updates
The content comes directly from our Incident database and is updated daily. - Product drop-down
Only see the KIL for your product by using the product drop-down on the top left-hand side. - Search functionality
We've made it easier to search content within the page.
Enter the term you want to search in the search box on the top right-hand side and only the relevant content will be displayed. A very useful feature if you want to check KIL for a particular release or a particular component/module. - Direct access to a product KIL
