Hello,
we run Sophos Enterprise Console 5.5.0 which currently serves 95 Clients with Endpoint Security and Control 10.6.
Out of these arround 8-15 always display the Error 0x00000071. It's not always the same clients as they seem to rotate between being able to update and not updating.
The Update Logs of the Clients all show the same issue:

This then seemingly resolves itself and the client is able to update, but then some other random client gets this error.
I am completely mystified by this, as the credentials of Sophos Update Mgr obviously work and the Server running Enterprise console is always available.
Also the clients showing the error can ping the server and even reach the mentioned path via UNC.
