We have just added exploit prevention to our security. I have then reinstalled Sophos, via the console, the client PCs. Although Exploit is getting installed I am getting the following error 000006b Download of Sophos Clean failed from server.
When looking for a solution, Sophos directs me to - https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/126026 -adding MIME types to the IIS server - which I have but still get the error. Within the solution it seems to suggest that this solution will work if you have an http error: http://[servername]/sophos update/CIDS/sOOOO/OPMHMPA we do not our error does not have the http in it.
Am I just misreading the KB?
