Sophos Update Manager does not appear to be registered

Hi Quick overview, ive migrated SEC 5.3.1 from Server1 to Server2 using this guide

all seemed to migrate fine, however when ive opened SEC up on New server (Server2) i noticed the endpoints where showing offline, on opening the Update Managers i recieved the error " Sophos Update Manager does not appear to be registered please try again later" the folder \\server2\sophosupdate is also empty suggesting it hasnt downloaded any updates

 

I have re-ran the Setup.exe in the SUMinstaller folder (no difference), ive checked the mrconf files to check they point at Server2 (they are correct)

 

running out of ideas?
