Migrating from SEC 5.2.1 R2 on Windows 2003 to SEC 5.4 on Windows 2012 R2

Just to verify what I've been reading, I can't upgrade to 5.4 on the 2003 server because 5.4 isn't supported on 2003 and I can't migrate the 5.2.1 to 2012 because 5.2.1 doesn't work on 2012 so how can I move from one to the other? Thanks.

off the top of my head ... well, please see the Enterprise console migration thread for a possible (unsupported) procedure. I'm curious if it actually works [:)]
