can not open sophos enterprise console error.

Hi Sophos,

We have installed sophos enterprise console and after installation it shows "can't open sophos enterprise console" error.Could you please suggestion us to resolve this issue.

    I am also getting this error.  however, i am trying to install a secondary console on a server in a DMZ (no AD domain access) in preparation to install update manager.

    Can you check if all Sophos Services are running?

    Did you make sure the account you're opening SEC with is a member Sophos Console Admins group? I've always opened SEC using the local or domain administrator accounts so have never come across this error before. 

    Other than that make sure all the Sophos services are running.
