LogonUser failed error: 0x8000FFFF (Catastrophic failure)

Hi

The password was changed on the data base user account and now im getting this when trying to log onto the Enterprise console:

I have been in the sec folder and re ran the setup and entered the new password for the account but I'm getting a Management server connection failed box when trying to open the enterprise console (a box which unfortunately is showing no info (the areas of text are empty).

Any help would be appreciated.
