sophos central scheduled scan not reported

We have a problem with some servers that do not report back to sophos central the result of centrally scheduled scan

It always shows as it was never run

    the Central group (one of the few you are not yet a member of ;) ) might be a better place for this.
    Is it the the scan is definitely run but it's not reported or that you just don't know? And the usual questions: Is the correct policy applied? Have these servers (how many out of how many) something in common? Are some servers never reporting their scans (what's the schedule - day and time) assuming they are run or are the reports randomly missing?

    to answer your questions

    there are 3 servers all of them do not reports to central about schedule scan 

    no report has been reported so far .

    I still have to check on all the server because customer had problems today .

    So the server gets the policy and the scheduled scan starts , I couldn't check today if they correctly finish ..

  • I would suggest check the SAV.txt (\programdata\sophos\sophos anti-virus\logs\) file to ensure the scan is staring and completing.
