[SEC 5.5] Error 0xe0080810 - Problem with Firewall logs.

Hi guys,

My name's Antonio and my first time here, so if I mess up just let me know.

We are deploying a large number of machines (10000+) and most of them are just fine, but I have like 900 machines with different kind of errors and I want if possible, that you can help me with one that affects many machines.

The error is the one in the title (0xe0080810) and its related to the Client Firewall Logs. I connected to a machine, and both files (op_data) were fine, no permission's problems, the file was still under the size that was configured (50MB)

So I'm clueless what might be causing this error. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

This is the complete error message:

Failed to clean the log, error:4294967295. [0xe0080810]

You mentioned that error here (quiet time ago heheh)

Hello Antonio Cienfuegos,

it wasn't me who mentioned it - I just commented [:D]
I have no new insight, nothing to add to the old post. Looks like it's transient and doesn't cause SCF or its logging to fail. I vaguely remember that I've occasionally seen it on XP, quite seldom so I never bothered to investigate. Dunno if Support could say more.
