What policy disables Active Directory sync?

Hi Guys

Trying to upgrade from Sophos Endpoint to Cloud, I need to disable AD sync but cant see the option to turn this off

Can someone please advise?

Hello nathan jones,

right click on the syncpoint (the topmost green folder icon in the group tree on the left. There sync is set (it wasn't you who did it?) or unset.

Hi Christian

I am taking over from another engineer, the sophos environment is a mess so we are migrating it to the cloud

I need to disable AD sync so i can migrate our machines across but i still cant see the option?

Hello nathan jones,

I need to disable AD sync
who or what told you you have to? If you don't have any green folders in the Groups pane on the left you aren't using it.
