Sophos Cloud AV unable to deploy on 32 Bit Windows Sytems

Hi,

I had tried installing Sophos AV (cloud) with the setup file from the Central ID but some services would not start and it would show the error contact IT Admin. This issue only comes up on 32 Bit Devices and it works fine on 64 Bit devices.

I had tried creating a full installation package with iexpress but it would not run telling this is a 32bit sytem and it wont support this package.

I want a Installation Package that supports 32 bit Devices.
