SAV 9.6.2 Mac Autoupdate on New LinkSys Router

Hello,

I was using SAV 9.6.2 on my Mac successfully, including AutoUpdate.  I recently updated my Router to a Linksys WRT3200ACM and flashed with the latest ExpressVPN software.  Now the autoupdate does not work, regardless of whether the VPN is active or not.  I am getting the following error:

"Could not contact primary server, URL error"

and the logs show

com.sophos.autoupdate: Proceed with manually triggered update from Sophos at 16:05:58 14 May 2017
com.sophos.autoupdate: Error: Update cancelled at 16:06:02 14 May 2017
com.sophos.autoupdate: Error: Could not contact primary server at 16:06 on 14 May 2017

I cannot access the configuration on my previous router, but I seem to recall that I needed to open up some ports in the firewall to allow for Sophos AutoUpdate to work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
