Enterprise Console 5.5.0 and SAV

Hi,

I have currently two endpoints both running Windows 10 64 bit, both managed by Enterprise Console 5.5.0. One endpoint (PC1) has SAV 10.7.2 VE3.68.0, the other endpoint (PC2) SAV 10.6.4.VE3.67.3. This last endpoint says not up to date since 24/02/2017.

The updating policy is via the recommended SophosUpdate shared file location, and is the Recommended subscription. The update account is a special account in the Administrator group with all access. 

When a manual update is done to PC2, the SAV is not updated.

On checking the shared file location ( \\HEADOFFICE\SophosUpdate\CIDs\S000\SAVSCFXP\savxp\program files\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus) the software SavMain.exe is the most up to date 10.7.2. 

Does anyone have a solution to this?

    I would start with the updating log of the client:

    \programdata\sophos\autoupdate\logs\

    alupdate.log.

    To trim things down, if you rename the current one, force an update, the newly created file will cover just the last attempt.  Can you make that file available?
