Allowing files to be downloaded from certain websites

Please could someone advise if it is possible to allow file downloads from particular websites?

One of our users is trying to download an Excel spreadsheet which I suspect is password protected and preventing Sophos from allowing it to download.

I've had a look online and it appears the setting is a global one:

Hello Elliot Douch,

is this indeed related to Endpoint, i.e. blocking apparently happens on the endpoint (which is stand-alone or managed by SEC)? As you quote a web-appliance article it doesn't seem to be the case. Please note that the Web Appliance has a dedicated group.
