Sophos AutoUpdate 1308

I get Sophos AutoUpdate error 1308, i've checke the list of errors and error 1308 is not there. A windows installer dialog box keeps appearing ,installing fails and then this error appears. Help please..:smileyhappy:

    HI,

    If you have another machine with the same version of Sophos installed I would suggest copying the cache directory of AutoUpdate from that machine to this machine.

    E.g.

    For a 32-bit Windows XP machine for example copy:

    \program files\sophos\autoupdate\cache\
