Windows server 2000

Hello,

Is it possible to instal Sophos Enterprise Console version3 and higher to Windows Server 2000 ?
Or is it possible to use Sophos Enterprise Console version 2 and SophosAntivirus version 9?

Hello suso,

SEC2 (although it appears still to be in use) has been retired May 2008. SEC3.x (minimum OS W2k SP3) will be retired end of March 2011.

Starting with SAV 9.0 (which will also be retired end of March) SUM replaces EM Library so you'd need at least SEC4.0 with minimum W2k SP4. SAV 9.5 is replacing 9.0 right now but can be managed with SEC4.0. You are not considering a replacement of your W2k server?

On other LAN we use SEC 3.0 SAV 7 , how to the simpliest to upgrade to SEC 4.5 and SAV 9.5 ?
