SEC 4.5.0.9 on WIN Server 2008: error awaiting response from the computer

Hi, can somebody help me on ny issue on SEC 4.5.0.9 running on Windows Server 2008. I have encountering error message of " Awaiting response from the computer". I have four servers, one with the SEC Server. The other two which is the AD and application server are having the said error. But the other one server is reporting to SEC.

Can anyone have idea on this matter??
