Hi, Is is possible to run Enterprise Console and Endpoint Security concurrently (on different servers) and gradually move clients onto the new system?

it is. I suggest you do an advanced search for "new server" and mrinit.conf. There are several possible scenarios. Feel free to ask if you have specific questions.
