My Only Option is "Authorize"

My Sophos Anti-Virus 7.6.20 found some files it labeled as "Suspicious behavior" but then my only option is to Authorize them. Does anyone know what is going on? What do I do?

please see Submitting samples of suspicious files to Sophos for instructions (also note the link on capturing such files safely).
