NAC Installation Error

Hello there,

Recently, I upgrade Endpoint and SEC to latest version. According to Sophos Upgrade Advisor, we must first install NAC3.5 follow by SEC4.5. But during installation NAC3.5 come out with error. So, I proceed with install SEC4.5 and lastly NAC3.5

But NAC3.5 installation shows error: Ending the installation. Unable to complete installation of Sophos NAC Application Server (1603)

OS: Windows Server 2008 Version 6.0 SP1

Any idea guys?

    (Happy new year) :)

    You can try the following to reset the windows installer service:

    >Click ‘‘‘‘Start | Run’’’’

    >Type:

    >Msiexec /unregister

    Please note nothing will happen.

    >Click ‘‘‘‘Start | Run’’’’

    >Type:

    >Msiexec /regserver

    Try the install now. If it still fails, ensure the windows installer is on the latest version or try redownload the install file.

    Could be corrupt like you said.
