NAC Installation Error

Hello there,

Recently, I upgrade Endpoint and SEC to latest version. According to Sophos Upgrade Advisor, we must first install NAC3.5 follow by SEC4.5. But during installation NAC3.5 come out with error. So, I proceed with install SEC4.5 and lastly NAC3.5

But NAC3.5 installation shows error: Ending the installation. Unable to complete installation of Sophos NAC Application Server (1603)

OS: Windows Server 2008 Version 6.0 SP1

Any idea guys?

On the error log I found this error:
“[Error 1722] There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
It is causes by the NAC3.5 installer itself ? Because some peoples inform the installer package corrupted.
