Can´t find file to delete.

In Sophos Central a machine has a file marked as malware. 

When I try to locate the file to delete it, in the local machine, the specified path founds nothing (see attached file). 

How can i overcome this situation ?

    you can't access items in the Recycle Bin using the explicit path. Normally only the user with this SID (S-1-5-21-....) can access (and empty) the Bin via its icon on the Desktop  or in Explorer.

    Recycle Bin was cleaned with a user with administative rigts. A local full scan was made. Nevetheless  Sophos Cloud  still referes that the malware is present. Why the removal did not work ?

    AFAIK only some specific alerts/detection will be cleared/acknowledged when a subsequent scan doesn't re-detect it. If the detection is still listed in the local Quarantine Manager removing it from the list should clear the alert. Guess you can also acknowledge the alert in the console (I'm not familiar with Central).
