I am new to SOPHOS talk. I hope my question can be answered.
While trying to do a virus scan with SOPHOS I got a message from my internet security software saying that SOPHOS was trying to create a duplicate "windows system file". It also stated that normal programs don't try to duplicate or modify windows system files. I believe the file was sav.exe or something similar. SOPHOS was about 93% through scanning my computer and said it had found 4 items so far.I clicked on the scan pause button and now the message "scan my computer" pausing but there is no button to continue the scanand it seems to be locked in the pause mode. What gives with the duplicate file error and why can't I continue the scan? Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks.
