"Install Sophos client firewall" greyed out

HI

I'm attempting to install Sophos Anti-virus & Firewall on a stand alone Windows 7 pc.

I downloaded the stand alone installer, and removed the OEM preinstalled McAffee system. During install I was told that installing the firewall was optional, but the option to install it was greyed out so I couldn't install. I now have no firewall on my system.

Any ideas how i can install the firewall? Or where I can download it separately?

Hi,

looks like you are using a 64-bit Windows 7 - is that right?

If you're using a 64-bit OS you will not be able to install the Sophos Client Firewall cause it's only supported on 32-bit systems at the moment.
