System Defender Firewall Alert

We run Endpoint 9.5 and yesterday a user managed to become infected with System Defender Firewall, his AV was up to date but somehow the little pain is doggedly sat there on the PC

ran a full system scan this morning and it's still sat there smiling away at me, I'm now running local scans on the places it is known to hide, anyone know if sophos actually finds this little pain

If SAV is up to date then the answer is most likely not yet. If you can identify the malicious process(es) please try to wrap it up and send a sample to Sophos. If you need help in collecting a sample call Support (or if you want you can PM me).
