Rootkit scan has been cancelled due to corrupt disk [0xa01e004]

After we upgraded Sopho EC to 9.5, some computers are still reporting thise error.  Why is this still occurring since this was fixed back in May 2010 in the older version?

    I assume you have run a scandisk on one of the affected machines?  If so and you are still receiving the error message I would recommend you call or email the support desk (not forgetting to quote your licence number of course).  We are going to need to run some diagnostic on the clients to see what is going wrong.
