Need help creating a install package of Sophos Endpoint Protection

I have created batch files and created a stand alone installer but the client is not able to contact the server for updates.

The client is installing and I have set it be manage, assigned to a group but its not working please help

    Hello RRod,

    I fear that's not enough information to help you. 

    First question is - why did you create a package instead of using SEC to Protect Computers?

    Second question - what's in the package? Does it contain an updating policy (sauconf.xml)?

    the client is not able to contact the server - without the error from the AutoUpdate log it's impossible to give any meaningful advice.
    Last but not least, you should always specify OS and Sophos versions.
