Update Policy - Update via an internal web server

Is there anyway to froce an updating policy down to machines that only connect via a cid hosted on an internal web server.

Updates come down fine, I need to change the updating path so that the update to 9.5.x from 7.6 can happen remotely.

Any help much appreciated.

Using a sauconf.xml file in the CID could we one way to do it.

has some info regarding using the command lines tools to do this.
