Sophos EM Library running in the update hierarchy

I have upgraded our Sophos implementation to Endpoint Security and Control 9.5, carefully following the instructions downloaded from the site.  However, whenever I launch the Enterprise Console, I now get a warning tha EM Library is still running in the updating hierarchy.

How can I reeesolve this issue?
