Custom Scan Remote Computer

Hello,

I would like to know if they is a way to run a custom scan on a remote computer either through the Enterprise Console or script based. I would then like to set the cleanup settings to delete any virus found.

I know i can run a full scan but i only need to scan a particular directory.

I am running the following,

Ent Console - 4.5.0.9

Endpoints - 7.2.7 (mac)

Hello keatho,
SEC can only start a full scan. Neither custom nor scheduled scans are available for Macs (BTW: custom scans in the sense of selecting only parts of a filesystem or specific devices of a group are generally not available).The Sophos Anti-Virus.app is fully scriptable though. Maybe this helps.
May I ask why you need this feature?
