Enterprise Console 4.5 on Windows 2008 r2

Hi

I am in the process of implementing Enterprise Console on Windows 2008 r2 64 bit, I have come across article 14635 which talks about problems managing more than 4000 endpoints with Windows 2008.

What I would like to find out is if this is no longer a problem if using Windows 2008 r2
