Sophos Updating

My computer will not run the Sophos updates I keep getting the same message "Download of Sophos Autoupdate failed from server Sophos"

    Hello Rekab57,

    you didn't say whether you are your site's Sophos administrator. To download updates from Sophos your license credentials are needed. Is Sophos the primary or the secondary update location and did it work before? The AutoUpdate logs should contain some details about the error.
