Enterprise Console on Windows2008 R2

Hello,

I have installed on my 2008 R2 machine the Enteprise Console 4.5. I protect 40 computers with no problem when i turn my fiewall off. When i turn it on i get on every computer a red cross as it seems that there no connection is possible. When i turn the firewall off all red crosses disappear. Does anyone knwo what the problem could be?

Hello John,
the firewall probably need to be configured. There's a Summary of port configurations article (check: SUM, Enterprise Console, Enterprise Manager, RMS).
