Hi, I have a second Update Manager installed and now tried to download the updates for his client and now i get the error "Failed to install SAVXP. Aproduct could not be installed because another product with the same function is already installed"  I don't get it

    HI,

    I would suggest the following:

    1. On that client browse to the central installation the client is using.  

    E.g. \\server\SophosUpdate\S000\SAVSCFXP

    Copy the directory CRT to the client, e.g.  C:\CRT

    2. Launch a command prompt running as administrator.

    3. run:

    C:\CRT\avremove.exe

    Does this detect anything it sounds like it's finding another AV product?

    Running this will create a log file in the user temp location called avremove.log.  Typically: %temp%\avremove.log
