Help! 2 items in quarantine that Sophos can't clean.

Hi,

I did a scan on my computer and it came up with 2 items that I don't know what to do with.

1) Troj/TdlMbr-A Master boot record; drive PHYSICALDRIVE0

It gives "Clean Up" as an available option, but when I hit the button it says "Clean up not available".

2) Troj/TDL3Mem-B, Troj/TDL3Mem-B in memory

That says manual clean up required, but I don't know what that means.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
