I'm having some issues installing version 9.5
The first error code i was getting turned out to be that I needed to reboot before installing. After rebooting it did install. But within 20 minutes of the sucessful installation i got a message stating it should not the scanning service - prompted me to click here to start the service.
However, once I did click start, and open the Sophos Anti-VIrus it is suddenly reverted from version 9.5 back to 7.6.21.
I don't get an forwarning or see anything uninstall, it is just suddenly 7.6.21 again. Then I have to start the whole process over.
This is happening on all my clients - Server 2003, 3 xp pro machines, and 2 Win 7 Pro.
Any suggestions?
