Mtz-2624 Cleaning

did Sophos detect it and if, what's the exact name of the threat? Can't find it in the Sophos threat center (only old references to the name from other sources).

Yes Sophos detected it but it cannot clean it.

Cleanup Status - Not cleanable

There should be a link associated with the item - it should lead to the analyses page. Could you paste the URL please?

Not cleanable doesn't mean it can't be dealt with - a scan with the Delete option might remove it (very likely if Delete is available as action in the local quarantine manager).

From what I've found it's rather old and likely annoying but benign.

It doesn't come back with anything.

It has infected a Sage file so we ae a bit wary of deleteing it.

This is a case for support - best to call them directly. Be prepared to send a sample of the file (if it's detected by on-access scanning turn of scanning and zip the file(s) with a password).
