Dear experts, i've found defo virus at our client but sophos could not clean/ remove it. I've tried to clean it by iso file cd bootable but defo virus is still available. Could you give me step by step to remove defo virus from pc or notebook by iso cd bootable.
From the menu options provided by Sophos as follow, which one should I choose ?
* Sophos recommended scans:
Rename viruses (recommended)
Scan for viruses (detect only)
* Sophos advanced scans:
Disinfect viruses
Delete viruses
