Sophos detected a virus/malware on my computer but when i full scan it with my other antivirus/malware software it doesn't detected any virus/malware? so is it a mistake by sophos or my other antivirus/malware?
Hello Superpunch,
I fear we can't say much about it if you don't tell us what (out of hundreds of thousands) has been detected by Sophos. So please post the entity's name and preferably the related part of the Anti-Virus log (which tells you where it has been found).

Mal/Javajar-A
it located in these location
C:\Documents and Settings\Super\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\60\e8267fc-3ccbc193
C:\Documents and Settings\Super\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\5\161f3f85-368e4837

So you've found the analysis and need an explanation?
You don't expect all AV products to produce identical results, do you (how else could one claim to be superior to others)? Sophos says "generically detected" but is sure it is fishy malicious and in the More Information tab it also refers to Kaspersky. You see the following details (preceded by may): Exploit a flaw, Download files from the internet, Run arbitrary code. Not only must the scanning engine be able to detect this but it's also a question of rating it. The site it attempts to download from might no longer exist and/or be "secure" when other researchers analyse it and they might decide that it is moot to create a detection rule in this case (of course I'm not implying they are lazy or negligent).

Start by opening the Quarantine Manager and look at Available actions. Detailed instructions are in How to remove trojans, worms, and other malware with Sophos Anti-Virus (which is also referenced from the Action tab in the analysis).
