Not sure if this is the correct forum, but we are (again) trying to use the Mobile Security product.
I can install the product, but I cannot get it to update at all. I have used the "Download" username and password from my license schedule but I get an "Update Failed" message. The log says that I cannot download the SAV_Mobile/***.xml error 401
Any suggestions?
