Hello Team,

We are facing slowness in client systems we have performed steps according to your suggestion.

Some error came in system:-

1)kindly check the screenshot attached which we have defined the configuration out of date machines are near about 449 out of 580.

2)Machines which have windows XP sp2 and sp3 are facing Blue dump error even though we have installed patches.

3) System is not responding & give low performance management services give high process utilization managementagnet.exe is utilize cpu around 99 percent.

4) Sophos antivirus does not give update properly & connection failed.

5) antivirus does not clean the virus for system

6) services automatically stop.

Hello Dinesh,
are you in 5) and 6) saying that several (many) of your clients show symptoms of infection?
Which console and SAV version do you use and what are the "steps performed" (please give us some details)? Did you recently upgrade?

My organization is working with tech support with the same issues you mentioned in 1,3,4,6. It has ocurred on about 50% of the machines we have. Manually uninstalling sophos and reinstalling it did fix it, but for a few hundred machines it is a very time consuming fix. I would agree with post advising contacting tech support.

Please remember that Windows XP SP2 is not supported anymore. So on these clients you are missing all the patches after july 2010:
