Sophos Enterprise Console Refresh

Hi,

I have installed latest Sophos EC 4.7.0.13 (but this problem was also before this upgrade)

We have 200 pc manged.

some units, after upgrade o update, don't change their status in the "Alarms and Error" coloumn.

Infact, for example, after the upgrade to the Sophos 9.7, one unit shows me the Warning that the workstation must be rebooted in order to complete the update.

I did it.

But now, after 2 days) the status is always in "Reboot required".

There's any settings about this configuration?

how can I solve it?

Hello Wingsoft,
with 4.7/9.7 sending an Update Computers Now request to the client should clear this indicator if it is no longer required (in other words, the alert does not clear following reboot article should no longer apply).
